Consistent Growth Marketing provides digital media buying services on platforms including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, aimed at generating sales, leads, and app installs for ambitious businesses. Our services are provided on a retainer basis, as outlined in our package tiers.
The Client is responsible for providing timely ad spend, access to ad accounts, all necessary ad creative (images, videos), and prompt feedback on ad campaigns. Delays in providing these materials may impact campaign performance.
All services are billed on a reoccurring monthly basis. Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle. Failure to make payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Upon full payment for services rendered, the Client will own all rights to ad creative and campaign data. However, our proprietary strategies, processes, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Consistent Growth Marketing.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver a positive return on investment. However, we do not guarantee specific results, as ad performance is subject to factors beyond our control, including platform algorithm changes and market conditions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.
Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos, Nigeria.
